AWEMOMs - At Wits End Mothers of Multiples

At Wits End Mothers of Multiples (AWEMOMs) is a support group, created in 1998, for mothers of multiples serving the Elk Grove, Galt, Lodi, and Sacramento areas.

Our focus is to provide friendship, support, and information for parents dealing with the unique and often challenging situation of raising multiples.

Before the pandemic, we met monthly for general meetings, to discuss various topics of interest concerning multiple birth children.  Our meetings were held on the first Thursday of most months at 7:00pm at Peace Presbyterian Church in Elk Grove, CA 95758.  During the pandemic, we were able to hold some monthly meetings via Zoom. Please check back for updates on how we will meet going forward in 2023. Some past activities included organized play dates, holiday parties, information booths at community events, and an annual clothing and equipment sale.

AWEMOMs is a local club. It is part of of the regional chapter called Northern California Association Mothers of Twins Clubs (NCAMOTC). Mission Statement
The purpose of AWEMOMs is to provide information, friendship, and support to mothers dealing with the unique situation of parenting multiples.  This is done through the exchange of information from our members, other clubs, educators, and specialist in various fields.
